• Educating and empowering individuals & families to find healing and joy in life

Mission

My mission is to provide comprehensive care to women who are motivated to elevate their fitness and athletic performance. Women who work with me will learn how to reclaim their health sovereignty through movement optimization, improving body awareness, and reframing “health” perspectives.

My clinical expertise and personal health journey afford me a unique perspective into women’s health struggles. I’ve spent years developing my skills, knowledge, and insight, so that I may relate to and guide women seeking to maximize their health & wellness.

I greatly value having complete one-on-one time with each of my clients. I will give you the time, energy, and respect that you need so that we can build a trusting relationship. I’m here to guide you toward harnessing your body’s innate healing wisdom.

During our sessions together, we will address all 3 pillars of the health tripod to establish balance within: body, mind, and spirit.

This is the Trinity of Health. One cannot be wholly well without the health of the other two—body, mind, and spirit.

This is the inspiration behind the name of my business: Trinum Health.

Body:

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I’m skilled in identifying disrupted movement patterns and biomechanics. I use manual therapy techniques, dry needling, and exercise interventions to address the mechanical dysfunction and optimize your movement.

Whether you’re a high-level athlete, recreational athlete, weekend warrior, or just beginning on your fitness journey, you want to feel good when exercising! You have goals that are worth achieving, and I want to help you succeed.

Mind:

As a woman, I’ve struggled to balance my desires for power and peace. Strength, resilience, speed, intensity, and hard work are idolized in our competitive world. These powerful traits all hold value when you set goals to achieve greatness. Grace, flow, flexibility, and stillness are considered less valuable in our world. Yet these peaceful traits are just as valuable in guiding you along your journey.

What does movement mean to you? What are your motivations? Why? Is it time you redefine and reframe your motives?

Spirit:

As a sentient being, I am conscious of my feelings, intuition, and wisdom. Significant health issues forced me through a radical spiritual transformation. To be honest, I’m currently in it. The learning and growth is exponential. It’s exciting, frustrating, scary, and brilliant.

Are you burned out? Frustrated by recurring injuries and anxieties? Pissed that your body won’t cooperate?

That’s your spirit calling your name. It’s time to remember. It’s time for your reclamation.
