About

I am on a mission to help prevent and eliminate chronic illness in the women and children of western society. By bringing awareness, through questioning mainstream narratives, and by providing resources and education, I aim to be a beacon of hope for those women consumed by modern plagues, lost in the allopathic medical system, and forgotten behind facades and anonymity.

But in nature, we are never consumed, lost, or forgotten. We are always a part of it. Nature calls to each and every one of us to willfully reunite. Are you listening?

My name is Ali. Nature whispered my name when I was young. It serenaded me during childhood. I accepted. And then puberty hit. I became wrapped up in the woes of being a teenager and forewent my roots. Nature continued to call my name. But I stopped listening. She called louder, yelling, begging, and screaming until my ears began to ring so loudly that I could hear nothing else except her piercing power. That’s when I knew that my life would have to change forever.

You can read further in detail about my health journey in my blog posts. But to put it briefly, my adult life had been overrun by chronic dysfunction and illness. I’ve spent the past few years delving into healing myself and addressing the root causes. I know what it’s like to feel completely hopeless. It’s been a trying journey, and I have learned so much along the way.

And I continue to learn, through reading, listening, practicing, and seeking the truth. I don’t have all the answers. But I will share all my knowledge with you. I hope no young woman will ever have to endure what I have. Though struggle shapes us as humans, and failure is apart of life, individuals in our society have far surpassed the necessary stressors for growth. We have run ourselves into the ground, dry and weak. I aim to bring joy, love, and abundance back to our lives.

Reshape perspective, priorities, and habits. Respect yourself, others, and the earth.

Live in peace, Ali
